Due to the extremely short timeframe on most projects, communication between the client, end-user, contractor and consultant must be swift and efficient. The public works contract document specifies acceptable methods of communication and these will be adhered to. Generally, additional to fortnightly meetings, most communication shall be on a semi-informal basis by e-mail and telephone. Critical correspondence will be sent by post/registered post as required.
It is expected however, that due to detailed tender documentation, technical clarifications will be minimal.
